If you are using a Branded site, this extension is required instead. We recommend using either Internet Explorer or Chrome. Upon successfully installing the TruGrid Chrome Extension, you will be taken to the installation success page and can then download and install the Client-Side Extension Helper file.
If you would like to utilize the Chrome browser, please install the TruGrid Chrome Extension. If you are using a Windows Desktop and using Internet Explorer, the connector will be installed automatically when you click to connect to a workspace, using Microsoft ClickOnce technology.
